Chosen by HMRC, the free-to-use Trader Support Service is designed to help businesses navigate complex customs and compliance requirements. The platform provides comprehensive education, training, and advisory resources regarding regulatory shifts under the Windsor Framework. Furthermore, it can handle necessary customs, safety, and security declarations on behalf of traders and hauliers moving freight between Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) and Northern Ireland, removing the need for direct interaction with HMRC systems.

Traders who have not yet prepared for post-Brexit trade requirements risk disruption to their supply chains. Support is available through the dedicated contact centre on 0800 870 8173, operating from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, seven days a week.
